Bloodbath Discography

Origin Stockholm, Sweden
Genres Death metal

A year after being formed, the band, then consisting of Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth) on vocals, Dan Swanö (Edge of Sanity, Nightingale, etc.) on drums, Anders "Blakkheim" Nyström (Katatonia, Diabolical Masquerade) on guitar, and Jonas Renkse (Katatonia, October Tide) on bass, released their EP Breeding Death, followed two years later by their debut album Resurrection through Carnage.

In 2004, singer Mikael Åkerfeldt left Bloodbath to free up more time for his primary band Opeth. To replace him, Bloodbath brought in Peter Tägtgren (Hypocrisy). The lineup changed further, with Dan Swanö switching to play the guitar instead of drums. Martin Axenrot (Witchery, Satanic Slaughter and now Opeth) took his place and the band was now bigger and more serious, no longer just a secondary project. The band's second full release, Nightmares Made Flesh, was released in Europe in September 2004.

Buckcherry Discography

Origin Los Angeles, California, USA
Genres Hard rock

Buckcherry was formed after lead vocalist Josh Todd met lead guitarist Keith Nelson through their tattoo artist after discovering a common love of AC/DC. The duo made a few demos before being joined by bassist Jonathan Brightman and drummer Devon Glenn, calling themselves Sparrow. Sparrow began performing around the Hollywood club scene, receiving a strong, local following due to their old school rock and roll vibe, and were signed to DreamWorks Records shortly after. The group changed its name to Buckcherry after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from a record label called Sparrow. Although Buckcherry is a spoonerism of Chuck Berry, the group said it was inspired by a drag queen acquaintance of theirs named Buck Cherry. The band released its self-titled debut in 1999 to critical praise and certified gold sales. The album, produced by Terry Date (Soundgarden/Mother Love Bone/Pantera/Steve Jones), included three modern rock chart hits in "Lit Up", "For the Movies", and "Check Your Head".

1999 - Buckcherry

Dickinson rejoined Maiden in 1999 along with guitarist Adrian Smith. Since then, Dickinson has only released one more solo album, Tyranny of Souls. Brutal Truth Discography :

Origin : New York City, New York, United States
Genres : Deathgrind, grindcore
Site :

Brutal Truth was formed in 1990 in New York City. The band was originally signed to Earache Records, on which they released two albums, their debut Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses, and 1994's Need to Control, as well as an EP entitled Perpetual Conversion, and a 7" single for the song "Godplayer". During this time, music videos were made for the songs "Ill Neglect", "Collatoral Damage", and "Godplayer". Brutal Truth found frustration with Earache Records, as did many 1990s Relapse Records bands, and switched to Relapse Records, known for its roster of grindcore acts, with whom they stayed until the band's demise.

On Relapse they released the mini album Kill Trend Suicide, a full length release entitled Sounds of the Animal Kingdom, and a double CD live album called Goodbye Cruel World. The band has also released many split 7" singles on smaller labels, with most of these being out of print and difficult to find. The songs from these 7" singles were collected on the second disc of Goodbye Cruel World.

In 2001, the Guinness Book of Records awarded Brutal Truth the record for "Shortest Music Video" for their video "Collateral Damage", which is 2.18 seconds long and consists of 48 still images in rapid succession followed by a clip of an explosion. Drummer Richard Hoak now provides vocals and drums for a new project titled Total Fucking Destruction. Kevin Sharp released an album with Venomous Concept in 2004, a hardcore punk band featuring members from The Melvins and Napalm Death. He was also a member of Australian grind band Damaged for a little over a year from 1999. Dan Lilker now plays for a host of bands and is currently bassist for the re-united Nuclear Assault.

Brutal Truth reformed in 2006 with three-quarters of the final lineup returning (Lilker, Hoak and Sharp); Erik Burke (of Lethargy) replaced Brent McCarty on guitar.

On July 8th, 2008, four new Brutal Truth tracks were released on the "This Comp Kills Fascists" compilation. This is the first new material from the band in almost ten years.

On January 21, 2009, it was announced that Brutal Truth had finished recording their new album, entitled Evolution Through Revolution, and the album was released on April 14th in North America, April 17th in Germany and on April 20th worldwide. The band have also made the entire album available for via streaming from their website. A video for "Sugardaddy/Branded" was released on July 17, 2009.

Bulldozer Discography :

Origin Milan, Italy
Genres Speed metal, black metal

Bulldozer formed in 1980 by bassist Dario Carria and guitarist Andy Panigada.
They were joined by Erminio Galli on drums. They were forced to split up in 1981 due to national service commitments but reformed in 1983 with Alberto Contini taking over bass and vocal duties and Don Andras playing drums.
This line-up recorded the Fallen Angel demo (later to be re-issued as a 7"), their debut, The Day of Wrath and their follow-up, The Final Separation.
The Day of Wrath was produced by Algy Ward of Tank-fame (yet another bass-driven thunderous power trio band) and the influence can clearly be heard.
The Final Separation signaled the abrupt interruption of the deal with Roadrunner records which failed to promote the album effectively and moreover selected a different image from the one suggested by the band as its cover art. The photo was deemed cartoonish and ineffective by the band and the whole affair brought to the signing of a new contract with Italian label "Metalmagic" a sub-division of Discomagic.
Rob Cabrini was brought in on drums for IX:Circle of Hell (1987).
This line-up recorded Neurodeliri (1988) and was captured live in Poland in 1990 for Poland.
Their final release was the posthumous Dance Got Sick EP, which, mainly put together by Contini as a "joke" enjoyed a huge success in Japan, prompting him to move to that country to work in music production.
In 2007 Italian power metallers Labyrinth, while touring Japan, hosted Contini onstage for a rendition of Bulldozer's classics. The crowd's ecstatic appreciation of the songs sparked the first thoughts of reunion. As of 2008, according to statements from both Alberto Contini and Andy Panigada, Bulldozer have reunited. The band has chosen Death Mechanism drummer "Manu" as their third member and should start to work on a new album, with current working title "Unexpected Fate", in August 2008.

Blink 182 Discography :

Origin Poway, California, United States
Genres Pop punk, Punk rock, Skate punk

After being expelled from Poway High School, Tom DeLonge attended Rancho Bernardo High School where he became friends with Anne Hoppus. DeLonge often expressed wanting to be in a band, so in August 1992 Anne introduced him to her brother Mark Hoppus, who also wanted to be in a band. The two played for hours in DeLonge's garage, showing each other songs they had previously written, and writing new songs together. One of these songs would eventually become what is now "Carousel". That night the two decided they needed to officially start a band, so DeLonge recruited friend Scott Raynor, who he had met at his school's Battle of the Bands competition. The three began playing together and called themselves Duck Tape, until DeLonge thought of the name Blink.

The band practiced constantly, which angered Hoppus's girlfriend. She told him he had to choose between the band and her, so he left the band just as it was starting. DeLonge then informed Hoppus that he borrowed a 4-track from a friend and he and Raynor were using it to make a demo tape. Upon hearing this, Hoppus decided he would leave his girlfriend and return to the band.

In May 1993, the band recorded their first demo tape Flyswatter in Raynor's bedroom. A 4-track was used to record the material, which resulted in poor sound quality. According to Hoppus, only a small number of demos were released, primarily to their family and friends. The same year, the band recorded another demo tape, this one untitled and known simply as Demo #2. It featured re-recordings of a few Flyswatter songs, and also included new songs, some of which would go on to be re-recorded and re-released on the band's albums Buddha, Cheshire Cat, and Dude Ranch. Buddha was released on cassette in 1993 with around 1,000 copies of the tape produced by Filter Records, an independent record company headed by Hoppus's boss. It was remastered and re-released on Kung Fu Records in 1998 (with three of the original tracks omitted and two new tracks added).
